Yes, you can go in if the event has already started. Show your ticket to be allowed into the venue during the event.

What time do the doors open before the start of an event?

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free public parking in the area around Palau Sant Jordi.

What can I take in?

Can I take my camera into a concert?

Compact cameras are permitted but reflex and video cameras may not be taken in.

Can I take in a banner or placard?

Yes, provided it complies with current legislation on the materials used and its content (the poles must be made of a flexible material and the contents may not incite violence or racism or be of an offensive nature).

Are any items banned?

All dangerous objects and other items included in the provisions of Decree 112/2010 or the Sports Act are banned (tins, metallic objects, etc.).

Can I take food in?

Yes, you can take food in.

Can I take drinks in?

Yes, provided it is non-alcoholic and in a plastic container of less than 50 cl. For security reasons, the bottle cap will be removed at the door.

What are the box office times?

Box office opening times are different for each event. Check on Facebook or Twitter or e-mail us at palausantjordi[at]bsmsa[dot]cat

Where can I collect my tickets?

At authorised collection points. Check with the sales channel from which you bought your tickets.

What do I need to collect my tickets?

To collect from the box office you must bring proof of purchase, your ID card or passport and the bank card you used to pay for the tickets.

If I didn't buy the tickets, will I be able to collect them?

In addition to your own ID or passport you must bring a letter of authorisation from the purchaser and a photocopy of their ID document.

If my tickets are lost or stolen, can they be reissued?

No, they cannot be reissued. If the tickets are lost you no longer have the right to enter the show or event.

If I have bought tickets and cannot go, can I get my money back?

No, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Can tickets be bought from the box office?

Yes, on the day of the event, provided there are tickets available. Box office opening times are different for each event.

Can I pay for tickets at the box office using a debit or credit card?

No, tickets must be paid for in cash. €500 and €200 bills will not be accepted.

Can I change my seat during the event?

No. For safety reasons, the seating capacity in each section of the venue must be respected and you may not change seats.

Can guide dogs enter the venue?

Yes, guide dogs may be brought into the venue.

Which section should I buy tickets for if I have limited mobility?

We recommend you buy the cheapest tickets as we will move you and a companion to the area reserved for people with limited mobility.

Are there lifts?

Yes, but only for people with limited mobility and they must be accompanied by a member of staff.

Will someone take me to the area for people with reduced mobility?

When you arrive at the venue, our staff will take you to your seat.

Children

Are there baby changing facilities?

Some of the toilets contain baby changing areas, see the section on services.

Do children have to pay? From what age?

Children under the age of two who do not occupy a seat can be brought in for free.

Can I bring in a pushchair or pram?

Yes, but you must leave it in the cloakroom (there is a charge of €2 per item).

Can minors attend a concert?

Government of Catalonia Decree 112/2010 governing recreational activities and musical performances states that ‘Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian’.

If I am under 16, can I come accompanied by an older person?

Services

Is there a medical service?

Yes, a medical team with an ambulance and nursing station is present at all events. Our staff are trained to deal appropriately with all medical emergencies.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes. It is located next to the main entrance. See the section on services.

How much does the cloakroom charge?

€2 per item.

Is there a lift?

Yes, but only for people with limited mobility and they must be accompanied by a member of staff.

Are personal hygiene products on sale in the toilets?

No, this service is not available.

Is there Wi-Fi?

We do not currently provide this service, but we are working to make it available soon.

Is there a lost property service?

Found items are stored for two months and are donated to charity if unclaimed. ID documentation (ID cards, passports and driving licences) will be passed to the local police (Guardia Urbana) within 72 hours.

Is there an ATM?

No, there is no ATM in the venue but you can use a debit or credit card to pay for items bought in the bars or from merchandise stands.

Can I smoke in the venue?

No, Palau Sant Jordi is a no-smoking space. There are smoking areas provided outside.

How can I make a complaint?

At the venue during the event. Ask a member of staff for a complaint form. This form must be completed and a copy sent to Palau Sant Jordi.

Are there any restaurants open to the public before an event?

Can I pay in bars using a bank card?

Yes, you can use a bank card to pay in all the permanent bars. The temporary bars only accept cash (€500 and €200 bills will not be accepted).

Is vegetarian food available?

Yes, there are vegetarian options in all our bars.

Is food available for sufferers of coeliac disease?

Yes, food adapted for coeliac suffers is available in some of our bars.

Can alcohol be consumed during events?

Yes, provided it is not a sports or children's event. The sale or supply of alcoholic drinks to minors is prohibited.

Can I pay using a bank card in the merchandise stores?

Yes, all the merchandise points of sale accept bank cards.
